
Sometimes you just need fries and a protein shake for dinner, am I right!? I have been loving protein shakes lately and they have been helping me get in my protein since going vegetarian.
For the homemade fries, I cut up russet potatoes and tossed them with avocado oil, rib rub, and California garlic pepper. Then they were air fried until nice and brown, maybe 15-20 minutes. Once the fries were cooked, I tossed them with avocado oil spray and a little pink himalayan salt to finish!
