Kale is SO healthy for you and making chips out of them is a great way to eat them if you have a hard time getting kale in your regular diet. If you don’t like raw kale, I highly recommend trying these air fried kale chips. They are light and crispy and you can season them to your liking.

The only prep required is pulling the leaves off of the kale stems, rinsing them, and patting the leaves dry with a paper towel.
Next, lightly toss the kale in a little avocado oil and season the kale to your liking! I just used pink Himalayan salt and California garlic pepper.

Once your kale is tossed with seasoning, put a handful in the air fryer and cook until crisp- watch them closely as it doesn’t take very long. Softly shake the basket every few minutes and be sure to not overfill or a piece of your kale might catch flame. Kind of joking here, but not really- a piece of kale was stuck to the top of the fryer the entire time I was cooking a batch and the dang piece had sparks and smoke when I took the basket out because it was stuck to the top where the heat comes from!! 🤦🏻♀️

You can use any seasonings you’d like. Experiment with different ones until you find your preference!
