Next to pizza, steak street tacos are probably my favorite thing to devour. There isn’t much to them, but they are SO flavorful.
I was inspired to make these after recently having them out to eat. I crave them.

Ingredients for Steak Street Tacos
- Flank or Skirt Steak
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Avocado Oil
- Lime
- Coconut Aminos
- White Onion, Chopped
- Fresh Cilantro
- Avocado Salsa
- Corn Tortillas
- Cooking Spray
I seasoned the flank steak with pink himalayan salt and pan-fried both sides in avocado oil until nice and seared. You could cook the steak all the way through this way but I put the steak in the oven to evenly cook through while I chopped the onion, cut the lime in half, and rough chopped some cilantro.

Once the steak was a little more cooked through, I cut it against the grain into slices and pan-fried the slices in a pan again with a little more avocado oil. This is where I added a good splash of coconut aminos, a little more salt, and a tiny pinch of cilantro. That is all I did with the steak!
As the steak was finishing up, I sprayed another pan with cooking spray and cooked the corn tortillas on each side until a nice golden brown. This is a must so they don’t tear apart. They just taste better when heated!
My steak street tacos were topped with onions, fresh cilantro, avocado salsa, and fresh lime juice! So simple and oh so good!

Enjoy!
